Affiliate Marketing Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The Onecompress Affiliate Program rewards partners who refer new customers. By joining, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18+ with a valid payment method. Approval is at Onecompress’s sole discretion.

Participation

Affiliates receive a unique referral link/code.
Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales tracked to that link/code.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws.

Commissions & Payments

Commission rates may change at our discretion.
Commissions are voided for returned/canceled orders or fraudulent activity.
Affiliates must disclose traffic sources upon request; paid traffic requires written approval.
Payments may be withheld pending investigation of potential violations.

Coupon & Deal Sites

Posting affiliate codes on coupon/deal websites is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates may not alter Onecompress brand assets without consent. By joining, affiliates grant Onecompress a perpetual, royalty-free license to use content created under the program (e.g., reviews, photos, testimonials).

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Affiliates must stop using Onecompress branding and referral links upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

Onecompress is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Program.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
