Refunds / Returns (if applicable)
To qualify for a refund, return, or exchange, you must contact us via email at onecompresshealth@outlook.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item, we’ll send a replacement if available. If not, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OneCompress is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will verify delivery details including address, date, tracking number, and carrier information for the customer to follow up with the shipping provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We usually replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective, but we understand that things happen. If you’d like to exchange an item, just reach out to us at onecompresshealth@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
